The Elks are not distracted by cars or people, they just keep grazing.

On The Way To The Grand Canyon Nov. 27/11

We decided to take a scenic highway to the Grand Canyon. As we drove through this quaint town Chino Valley we realized that it was the hometown of the contestant DREW on the XFactor.

If you want to take the train to the Grand Canyon it leaves from the town of Williams. Located off of highway 40 just west of Flagstaff.
This is highway 64 towards the Grand Canyon it had been a flat terrain all of the way to the Grand Canyon National Park entrance (1 week pass $25.00) We actually didn't see the canyon until we were in the National Park, out of the car walked to the paved trail to the look-out at the scenic platform.

                                                                      Then...WOW...Breathtaking!!

One of the lookouts.
